* Learnt how to identify and classify asses, donkeys, and lead horses within the working environment. And determine which ones to keep and which ones to let go of. So, that the stable could become even more stable.

* Learnt how to train the trainer
* And perhaps most importantly, I learnt the significant difference between instructing, teaching, training and coaching. So, that when others benefitted, so did I.
