How It Appears

Perhaps the volcano in the image above is just a representation of you. Both of you were created by nature, and are currently being shaped by the environment in which you live. Beneath the surface of each body, biological actions, and inter-actions are taking place, which can lead to chemical reactions. The mantle generates magma, in much the same way as our glands secrete hormones. Internal pressures can swiftly change in response to new interactions; often going unnoticed. Gasses, like suppressed emotions can become trapped. And then one day, potentially without warning, something unsavoury is added to the cauldron. As it metabolises, the internal pressure ramps up significantly. Until eventually, the system can no longer contain the intensity, and an AAHAA moment is formed, expressed, and experienced. But here' s the thing, some AAHAA moments can be overwhelming, and you might need support to overcome them. So, please seek the support you need, because seeking appropriate support is as natural as the creation of an AAHAA moment.

Greater FREEDOM might be one of your outcome AIMs, But seeking freedom should not become your first step, because potentially, it only highlights a desire without direction. Yes, it can temporarily provide mental respite. But without achievable actions, desire will dilute and decay over time, and eventually disappear. So, why not dig a little deeper? A better course of action might be to refocus your mind right now, and identify what you really want to free yourself from. Perhaps you want freedom from: negative self-perception, challenging relationships, cash constraints, or health issues... It could be one of a million other things. So, identify that larger issue first, and then dig even deeper, because that issue too might also only represent another future desire without direction. I hope you get the picture. And NO, you're right, we have still not yet identified the AIM that will allow us to take our first achievable-action-step.
